Miracle Maker
Miracle Makers are the most important part of our organization. To become a Miracle Maker, you simply have to register for our Main Event and start fundraising! Being a Miracle Maker means making a year-long commitment to support UADM through fundraising, coming to our Spirit Nights and other events throughout the year and getting your friends involved. Sound manageable? Good because it is. As a Miracle maker, you have the flexibility to do as much as you want with our organization without having to make the commitment to attend weekly meetings or anything like that. To register as a Miracle Maker, go to the “Register” tab under “Get Involved.” You can sign up to be a Miracle Maker any time before our Main Event in the Spring, but we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that you can start earning Miracle Points and fundraising! Check our calendar for different events that you can earn points at, and start recruiting your friends to register!
Morale
The Morale team will be accepting applications in the Fall. This team is responsible for helping plan the main event in the spring, from the games we play to the competitions going on throughout the evening. At the main event, they are the energy that keeps the crowd pumped up, excited, and on their feet for the full 12 hours! Our typical Morale member is outgoing, exhibits leadership skills, and loves interacting with new people. If you think that might be you, don’t hesitate to apply! *Please note that Morale members will be responsible for attending a meeting every Monday night, and monthly staff meetings on Sundays at 7pm.
First Year Committee
Our First Year Committee is an introductory staff position for those who are new to Dance Marathon. This committee will get an inside look at the planning of UADM, and they will have the chance to learn about each aspect of UADM’s staff in order to determine if they would like to take on a more involved role in upcoming years. First Year Committee gives members the opportunity to help out on committees where their strengths and interests fit best.
